Once you've found a collection that feels right, fill out our inquiry form and tell us all about your wedding plans. We'll ask about your date, venue, vision, preferred method of communication, and any details you'd like us to know to better understand your day.
2. Reach Out
We'll be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and begin dreaming up possibilities together. If you haven't chosen a location yet, don't worry—many of our couples haven't either. We'll help guide you toward locations and experiences that align with what matters most to you. From there, we'll send over a detailed quote for you to review!
3. Let's Connect
When you're ready to move forward, simply accept your quote and we'll send over your booking documents. Once your agreement is signed and payment is completed, your date is officially reserved and the planning can begin.
4. Make It Official
This is where the magic happens. Together we'll craft an experience that feels authentically yours, from location scouting and timeline creation to permit support, activity planning, florals, and all the little details that transform your elopement into an unforgettable experience. Whether you envision mountaintops, coastlines, forests, city streets, or a combination of them all, we'll help bring your vision to life.
5. Planning & Preparation
When we arrive, we'll start by documenting all of the meaningful details you've spent months planning. Throughout the day, we'll gently guide when needed, keep an eye on the timeline, and help things flow smoothly while capturing both the big milestones and the quiet in-between moments. During portraits, we'll give you prompts so you never have to wonder what to do. The rest of the day, we'll blend into the background, documenting your celebration as it organically unfolds. Our goal is for you to be fully present with your loved ones while we preserve the story.
